For scheduled and paid-for training sessions, we will not provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of schedule, OR within 14 days of the date of performance, depending on which policy is more applicable.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting, directly or indirectly, from any event beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to acts of Nature, power outages, or any other event that may cause delay.

Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in this Terms of Use reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and us, and that these limitations are essential to our ability to make materials available on an economically feasible basis.
